Shepherd of the Hills is located just off Route 10/202 just north of the town center of Simsbury. Wescott Road, the location of the church, is just north of Wolcott Road, the road to Simsbury Airport, and just south of the Simsbury/Granby town line.  Heading north on Route 10/202, take a right onto Wescott Road.  Traveking south, take a left on Wescott Road.  The church is located almost immediately on your left.
